HOW I WORK

Individual Coaching & Guided Imagery

Frequency:

Generally weekly or biweekly meetings. Includes email support, outside assignments and brief focused telephone conversations between sessions at no additional fee. Occasionally, I do longer sessions or intensives.

Length of work:

The length of coaching varies based on your needs and desires and the level and extent of changes you wish to make. I collaborate with you to determine the best type and length of coaching relationship.

Location:

I meet with clients in person if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, or by telephone/Skype if you are out of the area or can't make it to my office.

Periodic Group Coaching & Workshops
